1 lb. fresh green beans
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. Gold Metal flour
tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
cup milk
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/3 dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
How to Prepare:
Heat oven 350, place green beans in 1 in. water. Heat to boiling, reduce heat, simmer uncovered 5 min. Cover and simmer 4 to 6 min. or until desired tenderness; drain. Mix sour cream, flour, salt & pepper in ungreased 1 quart casserole. Stir in milk, onion and beans. Mix bread crumbs and margarine; sprinkle over bean mixture. Bake uncovered about 30 min. or until bread crumbs are light brown.
