Mexican Casserole

Ingredients:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel
crushed tortilla chips
1 lb ground beef (browned)
1 lb cheddar cheese (mexican blend is good)
 
How to Prepare:
Layer chips on bottom of casserole dish
layer of cheddar cheese
Mix soup and rotel together and pour over cheese
add rest of cheese on top
layer of chips
Good with salsa and sour cream
